Terms of Service

Last updated: 2026-07-25

These terms govern your use of Atlaso (the “Service”), operated from the United Kingdom by BC-TECH LONDON LTD (registered in England and Wales, company no. 09652493), 10 Watsons House, 120 Nutall Street, London, N1 5LL, United Kingdom. By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

The service

Atlaso provides App Store chart and keyword analytics derived from Apple's public, unauthenticated endpoints. This data is provided on a best-effort basis with no warranty of accuracy, completeness, timeliness, or availability. Rank history begins on the day we first record a chart. We cannot recover data from before then. Apple may change or withdraw these endpoints at any time; features that depend on them may degrade without notice. The Service is provided “as is” and “as available.”

Accounts

You must provide a valid email address, keep your account details accurate, and be old enough to enter into a contract where you live. You are responsible for all activity under your account and for keeping your credentials secure. One person or organisation per account unless a plan explicitly permits shared seats. Do not share, sell, or transfer your login.

Plans & billing

The Service is a paid subscription sold in three tiers: Tracker, Scout, and Pro. Every tier includes the whole tracking workspace; the tiers differ only in how often the Scout opportunity report is rebuilt. Current prices are shown in the pricing section of our home page, and annual billing is charged as ten months for twelve.

New subscriptions begin with a 7-day free trial: a valid payment method is required to start it, but you are not charged until the trial ends, and you can cancel any time before then at no cost. After the trial, plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis through our payment processor, Stripe, and renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel or switch tiers at any time from the billing portal in your settings; Stripe prorates a mid-period tier change. After cancelling, your subscription remains active until the end of the current billing period, after which paid access ends.

Some pages remain available without a subscription or an account: our home page (including the free sample of Scout ideas), these terms, our privacy policy, our contact page, and the public per-app and per-storefront chart pages.

Prices are in US dollars and shown excluding VAT and any other sales tax. Where we are required to charge tax on your purchase, it is calculated from the billing address you give us, added at checkout, shown before you confirm, and included in the total you pay. If you are a business with a valid VAT or tax registration number, enter it at checkout: where the rules allow it, the sale is then zero-rated or reverse-charged to you. We do not store your card details. They are handled entirely by Stripe.

Price changes

We may change our prices. A change never applies to a period you have already paid for. If a change affects your existing subscription, we will email you at least 30 days before it takes effect, and the new price applies from your first renewal after that notice period. If you do not want to pay the new price, cancel before it takes effect and you will not be charged it.

Refunds

The free trial is how you evaluate Atlaso: cancel during it and you pay nothing. After the trial, payments are non-refundable and we do not refund partial periods, except where these terms say otherwise or where the law requires it.

If you are a consumer in the UK or EU you normally have a 14-day right to cancel a distance contract. By starting your subscription and using the Service straight away, you ask us to begin supplying it immediately and accept that you lose that right once supply has begun. Statutory rights that cannot be waived are unaffected.

Acceptable use

Use the Service lawfully. You must not:

  • resell, redistribute, or republish the data in bulk, or use it to build a competing dataset or service;
  • scrape the Service, or access it by automated means outside an interface we provide for that purpose;
  • attempt to circumvent plan limits, paywalls, rate limits, or access controls;
  • share, sell, or transfer your account credentials;
  • interfere with, overload, or attempt to disrupt the Service or its infrastructure;
  • use the Service to infringe others' rights or to break the law.

We may rate-limit or block automated or abusive access.

Suspension & termination

You can cancel your subscription, stop using the Service, or close your account at any time.

We may suspend or terminate your account or subscription immediately and without a refund if you breach these terms (including the acceptable-use rules above), use the Service unlawfully or fraudulently, fail to pay, or reverse a payment you owe. Where a breach is minor and fixable we will normally warn you first, but we do not have to when the breach is serious, repeated, or ongoing. We may also terminate your subscription for any other reason on 30 days' notice, in which case we refund the unused part of anything you have prepaid.

When paid access ends, the subscriber product stops working; the public pages stay readable. We may delete your account and tracking data after termination. See the Privacy Policy for what we keep and why. Terms that should by their nature survive termination do so, including acceptable use, liability, and any amounts owed.

Changes to the service

Atlaso is actively developed: we may add, change, or remove features, and we may take the Service down for maintenance. If we make a change that materially reduces what your paid tier delivers, or we discontinue the Service, we will give you reasonable notice and refund the unused part of anything you have prepaid. Because Atlaso is built on Apple's public endpoints, changes or outages on Apple's side can degrade features without notice. That is outside our control and is covered by the “as is” terms above.

Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Atlaso is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss, or for decisions made in reliance on the data. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The “last updated” date above always reflects the current version, and we will email account holders before a material change takes effect. Continuing to use the Service after a change takes effect means you accept the updated terms; if you do not accept them, stop using the Service and cancel your subscription. These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.
